Booking Info & Terms To help keep the simulator in top shape for everyone, please review the following:
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking to allow for check-in and set up. Late Arrivals may result in reduced play time.
Card Details Required on Arrival: A valid card must be presented at check-in and held on file as a security deposit. Up to £250 may be charged in the event of damage, misuse, or loss of simulator equipment.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the simulator area.
Drink Station Policy: Drinks must remain at the designated drink station. Please do not bring drinks into the simulator zone to avoid damage to the equipment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Booking: Plans changed? No worries, just let us know! Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows are non-refundable.
